UFC 139 Press Conf, Sept. 27th in San Jose
UFC is coming to San Jose, California for the first time in UFC history on November 19th, 2011. San Jose, which is the previous home base to the Strikeforce MMA series, brought MMA to the Shark Tank and created a huge fan base for the Bay Area! This event is open to the public, so we hope to see all of the Bay Area fans represent! It was almost a year ago when UFC came to the Bay Area in Oakland when local American Kickboxing Academy favorite Jon Fitch defeated Thiago Alves on UFC 117 via unanimous decision. With UFC starting to blend in the top Strikeforce fighters with the UFC crew, the fans are excited for these changes and are looking forward to the upcoming Nov. 19th card at the Shark Tank.
